Steve Otto Construction is owned and operated by Steve Otto, who has a lifetime of experience in the building industry. Steve Otto is a licensed and insured general contractor specializing in custom residential homes, home remodeling, room additions and more.
For the past 18 years, our building projects have consumed a vast area in Middle and East Tennessee. From lakefront properties to rolling farmlands, to the scenic bluffs, we have built quality homes on durable foundations. Not only when a client enters their home filled with amazement from the sheer beauty they designed in their custom home but we also want them to have a breath-taking panoramic view of God’s beautiful creation as they stand within various points of their home looking out into the great ourdoors.
